| Procedure to Add a Player/Coach | |
| New Premier Logo | Logo should be no larger or smaller than 3.5 inches, to be worn on the left chest or left sleeve only. Logo can be silk-creened or you may use the patch provcided . Logo must be screen printed in the colors as presented. The provided patch logo should be ironed or sewn. All Premier/Classic bars should be affixed (preferably sewn as team divisons may change) underneath the logo patch. |
